This latest edition of "Cooking with the Filipinos of Pittsburgh, PA" commemorates the 50 years of the Filipino American Association of Pittsburgh's existence. The first three editions of collections of recipes generously shared by members of the association were compiled and edited by Antoinette G. Angeles, Ph.D. These cookbooks served as "ambassadors of goodwill" and were successful fund-raisers for the association. This edition includes the best recipes from past editions, plus new ones from the current membership, in an easier-to-use format.

The Philippine Nationality Room
All proceeds from the sale of this cookbook are designated for the construction of the Philippine Nationality Room at the University of Pittsburgh's Cathedral of Learning, a memorial to the history, culture and people of the Philippines.
